Milo is one of our co-founders and the director of STEM at Core. He is studying a Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Mechanical Engineering) and a Bachelor of Science (Physics) at the University of Sydney, where he holds a High Distinction average. He is the recipient of the Chancellor’s Award Scholarship and the Engineering Academic Excellence Scholarship.

Milo has over three years of tutoring and teaching experience, having taught over 100 students ranging from years 7-12 and specialising in HSC and Preliminary assessment course content. He has worked at several companies and extensively as a private tutor in maths and physics, and has developed several course structures and student materials for STEM subjects. 

Results and Qualifications:

Milo graduated from Sydney Grammar School in 2023, where he studied Mathematics Extension 1 and 2, Physics, Music 2, Music Extension, and English Advanced. He achieved a perfect ATAR of 99.95 and came 1st in NSW for both Music 2 and Music Extension, and 3rd in NSW for Physics. Milo was the recipient of a full academic scholarship to Sydney Grammar and was made 2nd prefect (vice-captain) in his final year. He was the dux of his grade in both 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Milo was the captain of athletics and holds several school records in long jump and 100m. 

Milo holds an LMusA and AMusA diploma for the bassoon, and a CMus diploma for the violin. He was accepted into the NSW Encore program and has performed in the Sydney Opera House. He was the overall winner of the KPO NSW Secondary Schools Concerto Competition in 2022. In his spare time, Milo enjoys athletics and playing the bassoon.
